Requesting a Product Quote?

To help us prepare an accurate recommendation or quote, please include:

• The product or type of product you are interested in

• Your logo or artwork, when available

Because production and shipping times vary by product, we recommend contacting us as early as possible when ordering for an event or specific deadline. Some products may require up to 10–14 days for production followed by as much as three weeks in transit. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by SplashSource in writing.

Existing Order Support

For assistance with an existing order, include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

For damaged or incorrect merchandise, please also include clear photographs of the product and packaging. Claims involving damage, defects, or production errors should be reported within five business days of delivery.
